1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KaiSecure's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Authorization for Security Testing

You explicitly authorize KaiSecure to perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and other security audits on the assets (IPs, domains, applications) you have declared ownership of. You warrant that you have the legal right to authorize such testing.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all data, findings, and reports generated during the engagement. KaiSecure will not disclose any vulnerabilities found to third parties without your written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to identify all vulnerabilities, security is a continuous process. KaiSecure is not liable for any damages arising from undetected vulnerabilities or future attacks post-engagement.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KaiSecure is registered.
